An Annual Preliminary Skills Evaluation is required by all children wishing to join Clovelly
Nippers (U8-U14). Applicable to all
new, existing and club-transfer SLSA members.

All Swimming Certificates MUST include the Assessor’s name, signature and his/her SLSA/AustSwim Accreditation Number.

If you cannot provide a Swimming Certificate,
This event is ONE of TWO Proficiency Swim and Float Assessment Days.

Existing Nippers to wear their coloured cap.
All ages welcome anytime between 1pm and 4pm, on Sunday 11 September 2016 @ Coogee Diggers.

NOTE: Registration will be revoked and monies reimbursed if proficiencies have not been met by 16
October 2016 unless an extenuating reason (eg. sickness or injury) has been approved by the
Committee.
